All Permits are your responsibility to obtain prior to the day of the show.

Special Event Permit Required For Every Vendor.
Permit must be in hand on day of show if you are selling or collecting money for anything, including donations.
Not necessary if you have a Long Beach business license. Obtain Permit here:

ALL FOOD VENDORS: Health Permit required. Must be in hand on day of show. Call 562 570 4142.
*Food vendors need Special Event Permit AND Health Permit.

No Refunds — Show will be open Rain or Shine.

In consideration of inclusion as a vendor in the car show the vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Long Beach, the Belmont Shore Business Association, its members, agents & employees, Belmont Shore Car Show LLC its agents & employees from and against all liability of loss that the vendor and/or vendor's guests, including family and relatives, and/or its customers may sustain or incur as a result of claims, demands, costs or judgments arising from vendor's involvement in the car show.

SPECIAL NOTE: Your booth fee is for street space only. No tent, table or chairs are supplied or available. No electricity. If you need electricity you will have to provide a QUIET generator.
